All purchases made directly from AXiS Pedal & Drum Company (AXiS) are considered final and come with a limited two year warranty. For a period of one (1) years from the date of delivery, AXiS guarantees to the original owner, when presented with proof of purchase, that all parts manufactured by AXiS are free of material and manufacturing defects under normal playing conditions. This warranty includes all parts except bearings, springs, screws and fasteners. If under normal playing conditions parts covered in this limited warranty fail, they will be replaced at no charge. Parts not covered in this limited warranty will be replaced at minimal service cost to the customer. Contact AXiS direct for repair information. Unauthorized modifications to the design or construction of AXiS products done without the express permission of AXiS technicians will void the limited warranty. Any warranty claims must include the return of defective parts.
