Shipping and Address Requirements

All orders are shipped through either USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Postal Service) and tracking numbers are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Package: Upon receipt of your order from AXiS Pedal & Drum Co (AXiS), please inspect the package. If you notice any damage or believe the package was damaged or mishandled during the shipping process, or if you think your package was lost, please contact AXiS immediately at Questions@AXiSpdc.com.

When checking out, please complete all the necessary delivery information correctly. AXiS is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an order is returned to AXiS due to a wrong or mislabeled address, or because the package was marked as either "undeliverable" or "unclaimed", AXiS will notify the customer of the return and the associated costs of reshipping the package. The cost of re-shipping an order will be the full responsibility of the customer.

The customer will be responsible for and all shipping costs.

AXiS ships to all countries covered by USPS or UPS and all shipping rates (domestic or international) are calculated based on the destination country and package weight. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
