For two (2) years from the date your order is shipped, AXiS Pedal & Drum Company (AXiS) guarantees that to the original owner, when presented with proof of purchase, all AXiS parts manufactured by AXiS are free of material and manufacturing defects while under normal playing conditions. This warranty includes all parts except bearings, springs, screws, washers, or other related hardware. If, while under normal playing conditions, a part covered in this limited warranty fails or breaks, said part will either be repaired or replaced at no charge to the original purchaser. The decision to repair or replace a part covered under this limited warranty will be at the sole discretion of AXiS.
Parts not covered in this limited warranty may be replaced, at the sole discretion of AXiS, subject to a minimal service charge to the original purchaser.
Any modifications to the design or construction of any AXiS produced covered by this limited warranty will immediately void the limited warranty. Any warranty claims must include proof of purchase and the return of all defective parts.

All purchases made from AXiS Pedal & Drum Co (AXiS), including purchases made through our website, are considered final. AXiS does not offer a return or refund grace period on purchases.

Once received, an AXiS representative will reach out to you.
If a return or refund is necessary and authorized by AXiS, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and restocking fees. AXiS reserves the right to deny any return if the product shows excessive use which includes, but is not limited to, missing parts, dents or scratches, or any damage to the appearance or performance of the product.
